Mycket trevligt hotell, toppenfrukost och mysigt rum. Morgonrockar på rummen. Trevlig och hjälpsamma anställda för att inte tala om ägaren som det kändes som om man känt hela livet när man for. Ligger en ca 15 minuters bussresa utanför Edinburgh men det var inga problem, bussarna gick ofta och bussbiljetten kostade knappt något, £3 för en dagsbiljett. Rekommenderar varmt detta charmiga hotell. Jag kommer att bo här nästa gång jag åker till Edinburgh.

A very nice hotel with a top breakfast and cozy room. Robes in the rooms, friendly and helpful staff, not to mention the owner John. Located a 15 minute bus ride outside of Edinburgh but it was no problem, the buses were frequent and the bus ticket was good value for money, £3 for a day ticket. Definitely recommend this charming hotel. I will stay here next time I go to Edinburgh.

The building is very impressive, also inside the room I couldn’t expect more for that value of money, Bathroom in the room is very clean and tidy, 100% positive.

The hotel is beautifully located beside the beach and the stay was very comfortable. The staff were very cordial and helpful.

Everything. The hotel and staff were lovely. We were greeted by a friendly girl on reception, and a gorgeous doggy. The hotel was located very close to the beach and a short bus ride from the city centre. The beds were very comfy, and the breakfast was of a high quality. The shower room was separate to the bedroom, but this wasn't really a problem as we were supplied with big fluffy dressing gowns. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Aivan loistava palvelu. Craig joka paikkaa vetää oli aidosti kiinnostunut siitä, että viihdyttiin. Kaiken sai häneltä. Ohjeet, kartat, autonvuokrauksen järjestettyä, unohtuneet tavarat, adapterit. Kaveri tuli jopa koputtelemaan meidät aamiaiselle ja kyseli mihin aikaan halutaan tulla. Paikka on intiimi ja tuntuu kuin asuisit jonkun perheen luona melkein. Ihmisistä välitetään. Linnamainen majatalo on viihtyisä ja siellä on kaikki mukavuudet.

Just a great all round service. Craig pulled out all the stops; he seemed genuinely interested in the fact that we were here to be entertained. We received lots from him, Instructions, maps, car hire arranged, forgotten items, adapters. The guy came up knocking us for breakfast and asked what time to come down. The place is intimate and feels like you are visiting family. Treated like humans. The castle-like inn is cozy and there are all the facilities you require.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The whole place was very inviting, comfortable, and pleasant. Next chance I get to come back to this city, I will most definitely be booking at this hotel again.
